We use environmentally friendly materials in our construction. With various features available to improve the long term value of your investment.

• 28 inch wide Footings in all our homes.
  The standard is 16 inches. Wide is good.
• 15mm Rebar throughout our Footings, Concrete Walls, Slabs, and even Driveways.
  The standard is 10mm, and we use no 10mm.
• Our Roof and Wall sheeting is Plywood.
  Not Oriented Strand Board which loses water resistance when cut.
• 3/4" Tongue & Groove Plywood Glued & Screwed Flooring.
  Standard is 5/8" Laminate.
• We can provide Heated Slabs in our flooring and insulate underneath with Polystyrene to help prevent waste of energy while comforting your feet.
• A Power Vent in the Attic space to help keep your home cool in the Summer.
• A High Efficiency Forced Induction Furnace providing your high efficiency heat during the Winter.
• High Efficiency Windows and Doors to ensure the heating and air conditioning is kept within the custom built luxury home.
• A Heated Garage is an option along with heated floors.
• Pre-Installed Home Theatre and/or Audiophile equipment.
